Springfarma.com is the online division of the Spring Farma pharmacy chain, which operates as part of Catena group. As the digital landscape for healthcare and wellness continues to expand, Spring Farma set out to achieve record-breaking growth for their Black Friday 2024 campaign.

To prepare Springfarma.com for the Black Friday rush, our technical team began a rigorous optimization phase months in advance, starting in August. The implementation followed a meticulous, risk-aware strategy to guarantee absolute stability.
We began by completely evaluating the existing infrastructure from the ground up, expanding server capacity and deploying dynamic auto-scaling solutions that allowed the platform to expand automatically as traffic surged. To eliminate technical guesswork, we executed simulated stress tests mimicking extreme consumer behaviors—such as rapid clicking and high-concurrency checkout flows—allowing us to identify and resolve bottlenecks early.
