So, have you seen our interns? They did well!
They are now full-rights members of Innobyte’s team, as we wanted to and as we have promised! Not longer than eight months ago we were in frenzy, searching for new talents to complete our team, and bring close to us, as early as possible, new colleagues full of energy and passionate about web development and e-commerce. And, soon after, we’ve met and welcomed Cristina, Ioan, Alex and Emanuel.
Did they love their internship at Innobyte, as we were sure they would? So they say:
“The best part of the internship was the team and the attention that they gave to us. We developed some really nice web apps, and they convinced me that web programming rocks. I hadn’t worked with PHP before the internship, and I had little experience developing web applications. We had a personal mentor to guide us, and they made it look so much simpler than it really was!” Cristina I.
“The internship was a lot of fun and hard work at the same time. The team welcomed us with open arms from day one which made the internship fun and exciting from the start and the apps we developed under the guidance of our own mentor convinced me that web development was what I wanted to do.” Ioan T.
“The internship at Innobyte came just at the right moment. Just one day before my graduation exam, I have officially became intern at Innobyte. My morale grew more than the stock market (when it grows 🙂 ). There was a period of getting to know everybody, the team, the mentor (one with whom I had a great connection), the inside jokes, many talks and PHP. Despite my appearance in some days , I was and still am very excited about everything here.” Emanuel V.
Did they stay? Yes, they all did!
And they made us proud with the results during the internship programme, and their desire and efforts to remain part of the team. Because we promised, and we have delivered – even if for some of them we have extended the internship period to 6 months, we started the year with 4 new colleagues, all participants in the Summer Internship Programme at Innobyte.
“At the end of the internship, we concluded that we liked each other and we want to continue our collaboration. I chose to stay for the people and for the environment. It’s such a nice feeling to wake up in the morning excited about going to work. This is my first job ever and I consider that this internship was very helpful for me at the beginning of my adulthood. Now I work 3 days out of 5, 8 hours per day, and I use the other days to attend the university classes.” Cristina I.
“I was hooked from the start because the team and especially my mentor where awesome, not just in the work they did but who they are as people. This is my first job as a developer and the internship gave me all the tools I needed to succeed in this field. I am now a full-time developer at Innobyte and I am extremely proud to call the people that work here my colleagues.” Ioan T.
“At the end of the internship period I was told I am welcomed into the team, and I was, of course, very happy with the news!“ Emanuel V.
Congratulations, guys! May you have plenty of successful years with Innobyte and become mentors for new enthusiastic interns like you were!
