Employee well-being and safety at work

As regards health and safety at work, Innobyte, the employer, has the obligation to ensure compliance with all rules in force, for all employees, in all work-related aspects. The occupational health and safety measures carried out by the employer do not in any case generate financial obligations for the employees.

It is a priority for us to create and maintain a safe working environment to prevent accidents and minimise workplace health risks. We also support our team members in improving their work-life balance. 

  • Our team members can work from home. This action helped during the pandemic to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and improved the level of secureness of our colleagues, allowing them not to work in large communities;
  • We encourage a family-friendly environment where all our team members are encouraged to bring their partners or friend to our team or some of our team activities;
  • We encourage our team members to speak out whenever they need to be heard;
  • We encourage our team members to take vacations and use their free time to rest and to disconnect from work;
