We exist because of our passion for eCommerce. We use our Standards of Business Conduct to ensure that we perform our activity with integrity, respect, and accountability. Innobyte’s Standards of Business Conduct and its compliance and ethics apply to Innobyte, its Board members and employees.

our business conduct standards are essential to us. Employees are expected to exercise common sense and good judgment and to act responsibly in any circumstance.

Integrity and accountability

All our employees, managers and board members should comply with our Standards of Business Conduct and act with high standards of integrity. Our actions must always be lawful, responsible, reliable and with good intentions.

Employees role

Employees are expected to uphold Innobyte’s code. This means that every team member must:

  • Read, understand, and comply with this code, policies and regulations that apply to their job;
  • Speak up whenever they see a potential violation of the code and policies;
  • Perform any action with respect and accountability concerning the business, clients, community, other team members, and our activity itself
  • Maintain in great shape the company’s infrastructure;
  • Cooperate with all the involved parties whenever needed for job responsibilities;
  • Report to their manager any action or fact that does not seem to comply with our policies;
  • Protect our customers, partners, colleagues and community members’ privacy by not using, accessing or sharing their data;
  • Keep track of the information that they are entrusted by and prevent data leak, theft or disclosure;
  • Protect the information they are entrusted with regarding the company’s confidential data, including business plans, financial results, customers’ data or procedures;
  • Make sure that the decisions they are empowered to make on behalf of the company are not influenced by their personal interests. It is considered a conflict of interest whenever an employee’s personal interests are inconsistent with the company’s interest;
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the rest of the team members, partners, suppliers or clients.

Leaders role

How a leader handles actions, tasks, different opinions, delegates or makes decisions will set the foundation for trust within the team and our entire ecosystem of customers and stakeholders. Our leaders and managers must:

  • Lead by example with every small or big action they perform;
  • Be a great communicator, talk and make sure the team is aware and aligned with our code and policies;
  • Ensure that the team performs lawfully, invariably correctly, and without exceptions from the rules and procedures.;
  • Be a great listener and ensures that the team members are being listened to, no matter of sensitivity of the subject.

Financial Integrity

Our team members are committed to maintaining and providing truthful information under applicable Romanian laws. At Innobyte, we create and maintain accurate records and do not tolerate the falsification of documents.

Our committment:

  • If any of our team members identify any discrepancies or errors, they have the liability for reporting and resolving the issues as soon as possible, together with the designated manager;

  • All information we disclose in our financial reports or public communications must be accurate and complete;

  • Whenever we talk about Innobyte’s information or financial data, we ask for approval from our managers and leaders to make sure we can disclose the

Antibribery and anticorruption policy

This policy sets out our approach to preventing bribery and other forms of corruption. We do not engage in corruption and never pay bribes, regardless of whom we deal with. We do not tolerate any form of offering, promising, giving, soliciting or receiving “anything of value” in exchange for an improper advantage.

All our employees must never offer or pay a bribe to anyone or receive a bribe from someone. If anyone ever our team members a bribe, they must report the incident to superiors as soon as possible.
